A: We work across both Co Armagh and Co Down, ensuring we cater to a broad spectrum of locations. Specifically, we deliver to Lurgan, Portadown, Craigavon, and Dromore, enveloping the heart of Co Armagh. Not to forget, we also serve Banbridge, Bleary, and Moira, extending our reach into the beautiful surroundings of Co Down. Our service area includes the village of Donaghcloney, right where our journey began, along with the neighbouring Waringstown.

Q: How do I pay for my hire items?

A: A deposit of £10 per item is required for online bookings, with the balance due on the day of your event.

Q: What if bad weather affects my booking?

A: In the event of adverse weather conditions on the morning of your booking, we will provide a full refund.

Q: Do you deliver to my area if my postcode isn't listed?

A: Should your postcode not appear during the booking process, please call us at 07595846680 for a delivery quote.

Q: How long can I keep the hire items?

A: Deliveries are typically made in the morning, with collection occurring later the same day. If you require the items for longer, please specify during booking, noting that this will affect the price.

Q: Can bouncy castles be set up indoors?

A: Yes, all our bouncy castles are suitable for indoor use, provided the ceiling height exceeds the height of the bouncy castle. Please check our website for the dimensions of each bouncy castle.

Q: What age groups are suitable for bouncy castle use?

A: Each bouncy castle has a recommended age range. It's crucial to adhere to this for insurance purposes.

Q: Is a slightly sloped garden acceptable for setup?

A: A minor slope is generally fine, with the entrance usually placed at the slope's top. However, significant slopes may require an alternative setup location due to safety concerns.

Q: What are the electricity requirements and costs?

A: An electrical outlet near the setup area is needed. Our blowers consume about £0.12 of electricity per hour, with all equipment safety checked prior to delivery.

Q: Is there a cancellation fee?

A: We typically don't charge a cancellation fee provided you give us at least a week's notice, allowing us to rehire the item. Cancellations due to bad weather on the hire day do not incur a fee. Without sufficient notice, a 50% charge may apply.

Q: Can I organise a Fun Day with your equipment?

A: Absolutely, we cater to events of all sizes. Contact us for more information.

Q: Can I save money by picking up the bouncy castle myself?

A: For safety and insurance reasons, we do not allow self-pickup. Our trained professionals must perform installation and safety inspections for every bouncy castle and inflatable hire.

Q: What about setting up a bouncy castle on a hard surface outdoors?

A: Hard surfaces present challenges, especially in windy conditions, as we cannot secure the bouncy castle as safely as we can on grass. Please exercise common sense and consult with us in advance for outdoor setups on hard surfaces.

Q: What is your delivery policy?

A: The delivery cost for your hire items will be clearly displayed once you select your area during the booking process. We’re often able to accommodate requests outside our standard delivery area. There are occasions when unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or illness, may prevent us from making a delivery. Should such a situation arise, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity to discuss alternative arrangements.

Q: Do you offer flexible delivery times?

A: Delivery times are flexible and can be arranged to suit your schedule during the booking process. We aim to accommodate your preferred timing wherever possible, ensuring your event setup goes as planned.

Q: How do I prepare my site for a bouncy castle or inflatable?

A: To ensure a smooth setup of your hire items, we kindly ask you to prepare the area beforehand. Please make sure there is enough space for the products you have ordered and that the site is easily accessible. The area should be clear of any mess or debris to facilitate a hassle-free installation. It is important to note that refunds cannot be issued for non-delivery due to insufficient space, lack of accessibility, or if the location is deemed unsuitable for our products.

Q: Who needs to supervise the inflatable during use?

A: A responsible adult over 18 years of age must supervise each inflatable at all times. The same applies to soft play and other hired equipment.
