How We Keep Equipment Clean and Safe

When you hire equipment from Krazy Kool Kastles, you’re trusting us to provide inflatables and event items that are clean, well maintained and set up properly. Keeping equipment clean and safe is a key part of how we work, whether the hire is for a small family party, a school event or a large public fun day.

Cleaning before every hire

All equipment is cleaned before it goes out on hire. This includes bouncy castles, inflatables, soft play shapes, mats and ball pools. We focus on the areas that are used most, such as entrance steps, bounce beds, handholds and soft play surfaces, so everything arrives ready for use.

For toddler and early years events using items from our Soft Play Hire range, cleanliness is especially important. Soft play pieces and mats are cleaned and checked so they can be laid out neatly in indoor venues.

Regular checks and maintenance

Alongside cleaning, we regularly check our equipment to make sure it stays in good condition. This includes inspecting seams, stitching, anchor points, zips and any moving parts. If an item needs repair or extra attention, it is taken out of use until it is sorted.

Safe setup on the day

Our team handles delivery, setup and collection. On arrival, we position equipment carefully, allowing suitable space around each inflatable and securing it correctly for the surface and conditions. Safety mats are provided where needed.

If power is not available at your venue, we can supply a Generator. For outdoor events, some organisers also add a Event Gazebo (10ft x 10ft / 3m x 3m) to help manage queues or provide shelter.

Clear rules and supervision

At setup, we explain the basic rules for safe use, including age suitability and the need for adult supervision at all times. Safe use is just as important as safe equipment.

For larger events, schools or public fun days, we can provide Staff Supervisors through our Staff Supervisors service. Supervisors help manage numbers, explain rules and keep activities running smoothly.
