What to Expect on the Day of Delivery

Knowing what will happen on the day of delivery helps everything run smoothly. This guide explains what to expect when we arrive, how setup works, and what we need from you to make sure your hire goes ahead without issues.

Arrival and timing

We’ll agree a delivery window with you in advance. Our team arrives within that time, allowing enough space to unload and move equipment safely to the setup area. Please make sure access routes are clear and that someone is available to show us where the equipment should be placed.

If your hire includes multiple items from our Bouncy Castles, Soft Play Hire or larger inflatables, setup may take a little longer. We’ll always work efficiently and keep disruption to a minimum.

Setting up the equipment

All equipment is set up by our team. We position inflatables to allow safe clearance around them and secure them correctly for the surface and conditions. Safety mats are placed where required, and soft play is laid out neatly to suit the available space.

If power is not available at the venue, we can supply a Generator. For outdoor events, some organisers also choose to add a Event Gazebo (10ft x 10ft / 3m x 3m) for shelter, storage or queue management.

Explaining the rules

Once setup is complete, we explain the basic rules for safe use. This includes age suitability, supervision requirements and how many users should be on the inflatable at one time. Adult supervision is always required for children.

For larger events, schools or public fun days, our Staff Supervisors can be provided to help manage queues, explain rules and keep activities running smoothly.

During the hire

Once everything is set up and the rules have been explained, the hire is yours to enjoy. Please keep the area around the equipment clear and ensure rules are followed throughout the hire period.

If you have any questions during the hire, you can contact us using the details provided at booking.

Collection at the end of the hire

At the agreed collection time, our team returns to take everything down and remove the equipment. Please make sure the area is clear and that children are kept away during takedown.

For soft play and ball pools, we ask that all pieces are gathered back into the play area before collection where possible, to help speed things up.

Helping the day run smoothly

Having clear access, nearby parking and a point of contact on the day makes a big difference. If plans change or you have any concerns before delivery, it’s always best to let us know as early as possible.
