For suitable larger bookings, supporting equipment can include Event Gazebos, a Generator where an appropriate alternative power source is required, and Staff Supervisors where dedicated event supervision is needed.

Hiring for an Indoor Venue?

If we're delivering to a hall, the building being large isn't enough on its own. The inflatable must fit through the available access and have sufficient operating space once installed.

Ceiling height is particularly important. Beams, lights and other overhead fixtures can reduce the genuinely usable height even where the room itself appears substantial.

Measure before booking and check the dimensions of the individual equipment you're considering. Our Indoor Parties selection is also useful if an indoor venue has already been chosen.

Outdoor Deliveries and Site Access

For outdoor bookings, tell us about the location and intended setup area. Suitable ground, access, anchoring and weather conditions all need to be considered.

Remember that the listed dimensions of an inflatable aren't necessarily the total operating area required. Space may also be needed around entrances, exits and other parts of the equipment.

If access involves narrow gates, steps, long distances from the unloading point or other restrictions, let us know before the event. That information can be important when larger equipment is being delivered.

Our service includes more than dropping the equipment at the kerb.

The Krazy Kool Kastles team delivers the hired equipment, completes the appropriate setup and returns for collection. Inflatables are prepared before hire, and appropriate safety matting is supplied where required as part of the setup.

When Will My Equipment Be Delivered?

Delivery arrangements depend on the booking and the day's route, so don't assume that delivery will necessarily take place immediately before your guests arrive.

Make sure we have accurate event times and any venue access restrictions when you book. This is particularly important for hired halls where customers may only have access during a defined period.

Does Delivery Depend on What I Hire?

It can. The practical requirements for transporting and installing a small party setup aren't necessarily the same as those for several large inflatables at a public event.

Equipment choice, event timings, access and location can therefore affect whether a particular booking can be accommodated. If you're organising a larger event outside our most regular delivery locations, send us the details and we can assess the booking properly.

My Town Isn't Listed. Can You Still Deliver?

Possibly. The locations in the table represent many of the areas we serve, but they shouldn't be treated as a hard boundary around every booking we'll consider.

Nearby villages, rural locations and larger bookings farther from our core delivery area may still be possible depending on the date, route, equipment and event requirements.
